shipping information
Once your order is placed we will aim to ship within 48 hours, we use NZ post as our courier service.
A flat rate of $8 applies for postage and handling.
Using a work address for delivery can be helpful when delivering of larger items, or where access is difficult.
Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
South Island expected delivery within 2-6 business days after order is placed.
North Island expected delivery within 3-8 business days after your order is placed.
For rural expected delivery within 6-10 days after your order is placed.
We do not currently ship outside of New Zealand.
Payment security
It is important that you shop securely with Luminous. We take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use Paypal to process online orders.
This means your credit card details are never recorded or stored on our website, payments are processed only in the highly secure Paypal integrated environment while completing your purchase.
